After years of working in restaurant kitchens and managing banquets, Brad decided it was time to strike out on his own.  Operating a catering business allows us freedom and creativity with the menus, and our tasting dinners have allowed us to develop wonderful relationships with our regular customers.  In 2013 we celebrated our 12th anniversary, and we look forward to many more years serving delicious food at our Mendon location!
